The Neighborhood

Critical to the block transformation is a deep respect for the material history, and the people that make up the neighborhood. Without displacing current residents, the block’s economic, ecological, and energetic progress will, step by step, also foster equity for the local workforce and create new green jobs. The kinetic energy set in motion by innovative redevelopment creates a self-sustained ecosystem and inclusive neighborhood activities.
