to rebuild a city block in Detroit that respects the history of place, that is devoted to the reuse of on-site construction materials of the past century, and that supports a self-contained community that is future-proof and ecology-based.
Our Method
Reverse need for more materials, fossil fuels and infrastructure by using materials on site, repurposing land, recycling area resources, diverting rainwater, generating power
